Employees are key to a store’s success. They are the first line of contact with customers. We want to recognize the work of employees who go above and beyond in their daily work.

We perform our work with honesty and commitment. The candidates in this category exceed their annual work objectives. They demonstrate enthusiasm and passion in their daily work. They strive for excellence in the duties that they perform because they are aware that everyone has a role to play in achieving the company’s objectives. They enjoy their work and this is reflected in their attitude and behaviour.
